To respond to your enquiry, assess preliminary eligibility, prepare tailored program proposals, and comply with legal, anti-money-laundering and due-diligence obligations.
Sharing
Data is shared only with licensed agents, government units and service providers strictly necessary to advance a mandate you have instructed, and only with your knowledge.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy statutory record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
